So roved. <br /> The Treasurer ' s Report was handed out and as of 6/16/95 we <br /> have expended 9 the FY95 budget. Mimi Mullin made a <br /> motion to accept the Treasurer' s Report and it was seconded <br /> by Frank Hicks, 6o roved. <br /> In the absence of the Director there was no Director's <br /> Report. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator ' s Report was handed out and Lynne . <br /> discussed it with us. Joe Swope is in the process of being <br /> trained as a SHINE Volunteer. Jim bong and Lynne Waterman <br /> attended the Post White House Conference on Aging. - 'rank <br /> Hicks made a motion to accept the Coordinator 's Depart and it <br /> was seconded- by Mimi Mullin. So moved. <br /> The Report from the Friends was read by Catherine Conroy and <br /> because of conflicting reports as to who owns the Thrift Shop <br /> Building she has requested clarification. Catherine also <br /> stated that the Friends would also like to investigate the � <br /> cost of a screen for slides and also a floor- mike. More <br /> volunteers are still needed at the Thrift Shop. <br /> The Chairman requested that members of the C A be prepared to <br /> discuss the needs of the Center at the next meeting. <br /> One of the members made a request for a change of meeting <br /> time from Wednesday morning to either another day or the <br /> afternoon.
