Recycling P rt card - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The State, with their deriving of <br /> the percentages, doesn't include industrial recycling and doesn't include composting, <br /> wood chipping or grinding of demolition material." "This is simply Plasties, glass, <br /> newspapers and cardboard." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> . Variance reQuests, 12 Great River Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, `This is an <br /> upgrade as a result of septic system inspection which failed." "Due to the proximity of <br /> the existing cesspools to Great River and the lot size there are numerous variances <br /> requested.'' "Ifis. my opinion that we should grant the necessary variances because what <br /> is proposed is 100% better than what is existing on the condition that the homeowner <br /> agree to sign the affidavit that no increase in living space is anticipated." <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned, `Have they considered any kind of a denitrification <br /> system." <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, "I don't believe they have." "It is an existing dwelling <br /> with no increase in habitable space and they are upgrading from dual cesspools to a <br /> maximum feasible complying Title V system.' <br />
