Correspondence from B. Davis re: 14 Cutlass Lane - Mr. McQuaid relayed, " <br /> Cutlass Lane was on the market and required a septic inspection.' "As you recall, we <br /> discovered some fuel product in a well." "I vent to both abutters and took v. .c.'s <br /> samples." "14 Cutlass Lane came up with 1 I.T.B.B. at very love levels." "I sent a letter <br /> to the property owner, Barbara Davis, because this was a leased property and gave her 30 <br /> days to connect to town water or make an appointment to come before the Burd." "Ms. <br /> Davis has since faxed me three different letters questioning the Board's authority in going <br /> onto her property and taping a water sample, requiring town water, etc.." "She obviously, <br /> is hesitant to go through the expense of connecting to town eater." "In nay opinion, Ms. <br /> Davis has no choice in the matter." "I gave her 30 days from March 31, 1997," "Since <br /> thea I faxed her a c opy of our public water supply regulation which we adopted in <br /> September of 1990 which gives the Board of Health, in addition to the "Minimum <br /> Standards for Human Habitation", the authority to force someone t connect to public <br /> water."
