'Horizon Foods" permit discussion - Mr. Randall Sneider, distributor for Horizon <br /> Foods was in attendance. <br /> Mr. Cram stepped down from this matter as he found it to he a conflict of interest. <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "Mr. Sneider was stopped by the police the other day for <br /> peddling." "He is in the retail sale of food." <br /> Arlt•. Sneider stated, "I am a distributor for Horizon Foods and I have most of the <br /> Cape and the South Shore." "I have several hundred customer's and I sell it ofd' the <br /> truck.11) "Basically, we start out by going door to door." "About 70% to 75% of my <br /> business is repeat business." "When I was in this area on Saturday in Mashpee the police <br /> stopped me and asked for proper identification and vehicle registration." "They told me I <br /> should go to the Board of Health." `"I asked them if I could continue selling until the end <br /> of the weekend they said no I must go to the Board of Health first."'
