The minutes ofAugust 1, 1996 were not completed in time for this meeting. They <br /> will be presented at the next regularly scheduled meeting date. <br /> . Letter from de Rueter re: Illegal Dungy in - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I had <br /> received a couple of complaints from property owners on Industrial Drive regarding some <br /> illegal dumping taking place at the very enol of Industrial give." "I visited the site and <br /> found numerous mattresses, box springs, white goods, old furniture, etc. dumped there." <br /> ' In going through it it"s Impossible to trach it down to anyone as there were no names or <br /> addresses on ay of them*' "I had to resort to giving the property owner a notice that <br /> since he owned the land he has to clean it up." "'Mr. de Rueter dict clean it up and is <br /> asking for any suggestions the Board may have to prevent this from happening in the <br /> future." `The area is totally undeveloped."' "I don't see any problem in hien putting <br /> boulders up on Industrial Drive just prior to the loop which is at the far end." "I did <br /> question the Fire Chief as to whether this.would be a hindrance to them should there by a <br /> brush fire." "I would recommend vire forward a letter to Mr. de Rueter statim this Board <br /> agrees to his request to place boulders in the road." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "If the Fire Chief agrees I see no problem with it." <br /> Mr. Cram directed the agent to consult with the Fire Chief, if he agrees then this <br /> Board will authorize placement of boulders in the road. <br /> .
