Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of August 1, 1996, lir. Tree Consulting re: Mobil oil Car wash- Mr. McQuaid relayed, "A meeting was <br /> held with Tyree Consulting, the Fire Department and Building Inspector_" "This is ars <br /> entire recycling operation." `There is no discharge to the ground." "I am perfectly <br /> satisfied with that as is the Fire Department and Building Inspector." "Based on their <br /> modifications and on them discussions on the whole process I recommend the Board <br /> approve the application for the car wash contingent on the D.E.P. concurring with the <br /> approval because there is a tight tank being proposed in the event of any overflow.133P <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to approve plans for the Mobil oil Car wash and the <br /> installation of a tight tank pending D.E.P. concurrence, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Unscheduled Mpointment - Request for Produce Stand (Dick& Ellie's Flea Market) <br /> Mr. Jeff Pierce and Mr. Jim Rossignol were in attendance. <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "Mr. Rossignol and Mr. Pierce are proposing a small produce <br /> stand at the Flea Market which we have had in the past. I am satisfied they will meet all <br /> the sanitation requirements."' <br />
