Mr. Ames noted this is not the <br /> only dog this area is having problems with. <br /> Action: A restraining order will be issued to Mr. <br /> Bthier. Failure to comply may result in a fine of $25 .00 <br /> and/or removal of the dog from Town. (Served by the Town <br /> Constable 2/6/80) <br /> On another subject, selectman Garland reported that Mr. F <br /> Mies picked up three leg traps this week. One contained ` <br /> a cat; one a raccoon; one a dog which was badly mangled <br /> and now under the veterinarian' s -care* <br /> Under- the present structure of Mr. Ames ' appointment he <br /> does not have the powers to prose or arrest. Therefore, <br /> the following motion was made <br /> Garland moves to appoint James as Natural Resource officer. <br /> Seconded.
