Executive <br /> Secretary will prepare a letter to the Board of Assessors , making <br /> request very explicit and asking the Assessors to expedite the <br /> process. <br /> 2 The Board concurred on the calling of a Public Hearing, <br /> Yes , the- Board will plain to revi w the .Articles for the Special <br /> 'down Meeting on October 7 , at their regular meeting. <br /> action necessary. <br /> The Board feels that any organization wanting to use the Fire De- <br /> partment equipment for a car wash for philanthropic purposes , may <br /> do so upon request, at no charge, However, the equipment must be <br /> accompanied by Firefighters who are not on duty. The organization <br /> will be responsible for making suitable arrangements with the fire- <br /> fighters to volunteer their services. If no volunteers are avail- <br /> able, then the sponsoring organization must pay for their services , <br /> t the special Detail Rate. <br /> Present: Chairman Chester A.
