Murphy and Town Counsel . Joseph J. Reardon <br /> Guests : Margarette Rydel , Joseph l aggi- , Monica Mcnal.l r <br /> Selectman Hanson convened the meeting at 7 p .m. <br /> Selectman Thomas as moved to accept the minutes of February 5 administrative <br /> meeting, February 5 executive session and February 6 regular session. <br /> Appointments & Hearings <br /> oo - Mr. DiMaggio was in to request permission to operate a carnival <br /> on Route 28 . He stated the proceedsould go to the Boas of T tal <br /> Scholarship Fund , Mashpee Police Safety Program and Hospice . The name <br /> of this carnival will be the Mashpee Summer Festival . The. dates for <br /> this event will be Tune 2 , , 2 ., 29 - & o.-The Board is in favor of this project . <br /> to -- Ms . Rydei requested a permit to move a cottage from the Plaza at <br /> otuit Commons , to Mashpee . She also reported a building permit has been <br /> issued and all necessary departments have been notl-fie . <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to approve the permit as requested. . Selectman <br /> Terror seconded . All were in favor-. <br /> Old Business <br /> 1 ) . selectmen reee.ived from Chief Frere a revision of an article that <br /> was previously mit ted . <br /> Selectmen accepted the revision. <br /> . Mr. Murphy pointed out the Town Reports of South Cape Beach. Advisory <br /> Committee and Cape Cod Planning are very Lengthy and asked if the Board <br /> wished to cut them down. <br /> Selectmen Ag- ed to leave both town reports as is . <br /> New Business <br /> 1) . Housing Authority expressed ars interest in a parcel of land on Great <br /> Hay and Great Neck R sad. Mr . Murphy pointed he has forwarded this to <br /> Town Counsel and suggested ,tilling this under advisement until a title <br /> search could be completed . <br /> Selectmen asked that the Housing Authority be notified. <br />
