Selectman Hanson moved to have no potting of eels until further notice` Selectman Thomas seconded. All were in favor. Old Business 1 Selectmen reviewed a draft copy of a letter to Mr. Marsters advising him the Town intends to exercise the option made part of the option Agreement between the Town and Earle M. Fars tens. The Board executed the letter. 2 Selectmen were advised by the Division of Marine Fisheries that after review- of the applications and an on-site inspection of the proposed alternate shellfish grant sites of Mr. Richard S. Kuusela and Mr. Francis J. Sullivan they have decided not to approve the request. Selectmen asked that a meeting be scheduled between the Burd, Shellfish Commission and both parties. Appointments & Hearings 7;1 - Selectmen met with the DPW Director and the Historical omission relative 0 to renar ng Central Road. Mr. Virgilio pointed out through his research for Chapter 90 funding the road now known as Central. Road was never officially ,chnd to such.
