'.PF BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES ADMINISTRATIVE MEETING TUESDAY, AFFIL 1 , 1986 Present : Selectman Thomas ,Selectman Hanson , Selectman Terror and Executive Secretary , Joseph Murphy Guests : Carol Costa-Crowell , Bill Hough and Chief Frye Old Business 1Selectmen received an ap iication from Half-Tide Marina for Sunday permit. selectmen had previously granted a renewal of this permit. However , are waiting for the Fire Chief ' s report relative to the underground storage tanks . - Selectmen asked Mr. Murphy to send a memo to the Fire Chief asking for a report and give hien a deadline~. 2 ) The Board received a communication from the Cape Cod Planning and Econcmic Development Commission asking the Board to ccn ider appointing ar alternate to the Coastal Zone ManagementAdvisory Committee. Selectman Thomas forwarded a copy to the Shellfish Ccmmission and asked that a copy go to the Harbormaster . The Board received a ccmmunication from the Department of Fisheries , Wildlife and Environmental Law Enforcement relative to the horsepower limits on waters such as Mashpee/Wakeby pond. No action was required. ) The Board received a memo frcm. the Chief of Police verifying the residency of Henry R. Peters as # 162 Sandwich Toad, East Falmouth. x The Board will notify the 1Ecreation Department and post a notice in the Selectmen' s office sc he will not receive another permit this year . Ernie Virgilio requested in writing the Selectmen to withdraw his article for reconstruction of Quinnaquisset Avenue as it will be funded by Chapter 90 funds . New Business 1 ) The Water Quality Review Committee would like clarification of the contract with SEA Consultants . Selectman Thomas stated she does not see thea, doing anything outside f the contract . Selectmen asked that a letter go to the Nater Quality R-eview Ccmmitt'ee stating that BEA is there to be used as a tool and they should schedule - meeting with SEA.
