IL , i� BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 20 1991 Presents Selectman Gottlieb, Selectman Hanson, Selectman Jacobson# Selectman Lawrence Absent: Selectman Carter, Executive Secretary Kevin J. Harrington, Town Counsel Joseph J. Reardon Guests: Joyce Masonp Paul. Ott, Richard Harris The Meeting was Called to Order by Vice-Chairman Jacobson at 7:00 Peme The motion was made by Selectman Hanson to approve the minutes of February 4, 1991 Regular and Executive Sessions. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. The vote of acceptance is favorable with the Selectmen. APPO INTMENTS: Triple "C" Enterprises ret All Alcoholic .-,Pkg, Store Licensez Joyce Mason states all paperwork and information is in order for this application. Selectman Jacobson made note that this application has been deemed by the Commonwealth of MA authorizing the Town of Mashpee to issue an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises to Triple "C'" Enterprises, Inc. The motion was made by Selectman Hanson to grant the All Alcoholic Package Store License to Triple "C" Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a The Barn. The motion was seconded by Selectman Gottlieb. Meeting with the Financeomr ittee t At the Board' s request, Mr. Harrington has scheduled a meeting with the Finance Committee for Wednesday, February 2 , 1991 at 7: 00 P.m. to discuss the FY 92 budget* The meeting with the Finance Committee is in agreement with the Selectmen present. 7105 p.m. Discussion relative to �Audit Report Selectman Jacobson made note of the audit report with recom endations from prior years findings are being completed at this time. This includes the fixed asset list and vacation and sick leave benefits. The information from a the audit report is up to date as reported by Selectman Jacobson with no further comments from the Board. Discussion relative to Lease of Recreation Builth : Joyce Mason reports the Lease expires in June. Under the provisions of Chapter 30B, -the Town has to go to bid for the use of municipal buildings. The Recreation Building 1' B currently used as a day care facility. Selectman Jacobson made mote of the utilities for the facility with regards to charging the Recreation Department to be looked into. There have been no other inquiries on the building and it is the consensus of the Beard to start the advertising process as they are required to do s .
