After anyli ing
and comparing previous years with present period , he decided
that the trend of the budget was running true to fora with. the
exception of variations here and there.
Miss Peters advised Mr. Wilson to use the balance of the
appropriation before asking .for a transfer. This was found
agreeable after it was explained that there would be no problem
getting a transfer at a future date when the account is exhausted .
Mr. Wilson exp c is the remaining -$500.00 to run thru the summer
months provided there are no expensive emergencies such as
several cases this year. Three of the expensive cases were
unsettled which means that the grants will be reimbursed at the
end of year. However, this still presents a problem as far
as the annual. appropriation is concerned since the money can
be exhausted -by unsettled cases .
