AFFIRMATIVE ACTION COMMITTEE MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 7, 2004 <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Present: Norma Kumin, Melbourne Cragwell, Myrna Nuey, <br /> Gordon Green, Elaine Good, Jan Strickland. <br /> Meeting opened at 6:20 p.m. <br /> The Committee discussed the Pocknett incident and decided <br /> that Affirmative Action Committee will take a stand and go <br /> before the Board of Selectmen. <br /> A representative of the Committee will read a statement at <br /> the next meeting of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> The Committee will meet this week to compose the <br /> statement, most likely Friday, at 5:00 p.m., for adequate <br /> posting of the meeting. <br /> There are other written complaint letters that "cannot be <br /> found" according to Joyce Mason, the Town Administrator. <br /> This will be brought into the statement. <br /> Roll call vote to adjourn, 6 yes. <br /> Adjourned 6:40 p.m. <br /> Mary Gelsthorpe, Recording Secretary <br />
