<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Conservation Commission Minutes <br />Thursday, June 28, 2018 <br />Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Ockway Meeting Room <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Dale McKay, Brad Sweet, Tom O’Neill, Chad Smith, and <br />Tom Cook. <br /> <br />Also Present: Andrew McManus, Conservation Agent, Katelyn Cadoret Assistant <br />Conservation Agent and Judy Daigneault, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />CALL MEETING TO ORDER: 5:55 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Dale McKay opened the meeting at 5:55 p.m. <br /> <br />No comment from the public <br /> <br />PRE/POST-HEARING AGENDA: <br /> <br />Minutes: Approve May 24, June 14, 2018 Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to approve the May 24, 2018 minutes, seconded by Mr. O’Neill, <br />Vote 3-1 with Mr. Smith abstaining. <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to approve the June 14, 2018 minutes, seconded by Mr. O’Neill. <br />Vote 3-1 with Mr. Smith abstaining. <br /> <br />Administrative Approval: 126 Summersea Road – request removal of Condition from Certificate of <br />Compliance 43-1268 <br /> <br />Stephen Hayes, Attorney, represented the applicant. He explained the property abuts Anne’s Cove <br />and the property was previously issued an Order of Conditions 43-1268 and he was requesting that <br />condition #37 be removed. The condition stated the vessel using this structure must be moored to <br />the outside of the float and should be limited, as per the Notice of Intent to a dingy with not more <br />than a 5-horsepower engine with no more than 12’ propeller draft. He noted the house is for sale <br />and the current owners wish to have this removed. He also noted that no other property has such a <br />condition. <br /> <br />The Agent stated since the property was already issued an Order of Conditions and has received a <br />Certificate of Compliance, the permit cannot be amended. He said it seems this condition was added <br /> <br />
