The notice should <br /> also include the name of the employee <br /> who coordinates compliance within the <br /> handicap regulations (31 CFR 51.55 <br /> (e)) • <br /> The notices are to be published in a <br /> newspaper, or by an ORS approved <br /> alternative means. <br /> The town did not perform a self- N/A <br /> evaluation review pertaining to <br /> policies, practices, programs and <br /> activities to determine if they <br /> discriminate against the handicapped. <br /> Handicapped individuals and <br /> organizations representing the <br /> handicapped must be included in the <br /> self-evaluation process (31 CFR 51.55 <br /> (c)) • <br /> 43 <br />
