B. Property Tax Calendar <br /> f <br /> The following is a summary of the property tax calendar used for the 1995 <br /> tax levy: <br /> June 1994: <br /> Preliminary tax bills mailed to taxpayers. This bill is equal to one <br /> quarter of the prior year's net tax bill. <br /> August 1994: <br /> First quarter tax bills are due. All bills paid after this date are <br /> charged interest at the rate of 14% per annum. <br /> September 1994: <br /> Preliminary tax bills mailed to taxpayers. This bill is equal to one <br /> quarter of the prior year's net tax bill. <br /> November 1994: <br /> Second quarter tax bills are due. All bills paid after this date are <br /> charged interest at the rate of 14% per annum. <br /> December 1994: <br /> Actual tax bills for fiscal 1995 are mailed. <br /> February 1995: <br /> Third quarter tax bills are due. All bills paid after this date are <br /> charged interest at the rate of 14% per annum. <br /> May 1995: <br /> Fourth quarter tax bills are due. All bills paid after this date are <br /> charged interest at the rate of 14% per annum. <br /> July 1995: <br /> Any unpaid tax bills are turned over to the Treasurer for tax liens. <br /> Liens are charged interest at the rate of 16% per annum. <br /> C.
