<br /> Continuation Sheet Article II
<br /> The purposes, objects, powers and business activities of the corporation
<br /> are to engage in any lawful activity for which corporations may be organized
<br /> under the law, to the same extent as any natural person might or could do,
<br /> and either alone or in any combination whatsoever of persons, firms,
<br /> partnerships, trust, corporations or any other business entities whatsoever
<br /> and/or through one or more partly or wholly owned subsidiaries or other
<br /> interrelated business entities and/or through agents, servants, or employees
<br /> and/or as agent, principal or in short, in any manner, including, but not
<br /> limited to the following business activities:
<br /> 1. To conduct the business of transporting automobiles, trucks, and all
<br /> motor vehicles, equipment and other property, and to generally engage in and .
<br /> participate in any business permitted by the laws of the Commonwealth of
<br /> Massachusetts to a corporation organized under G.L. c.156B.
<br /> 2. To make, enter into, perform and carry out contracts of every kind and
<br /> description with any person, firm, association, corporation or government or
<br /> subdivision thereof; to enter into general partnerships, limited partnerships
<br /> (whether the corporation be a limited or general partner), joint ventures,
<br /> syndicates, pools, associations and other arrangements for carrying on of one
<br /> or more of the purposes set forth in these Articles of Organization,jointly or in
<br /> • common with others.
<br /> 3. To acquire by purchase, exchange or otherwise, all or any part of or any
<br /> interest in, the properties, assets, business and good will of any one or more
<br /> persons, firms, associations or corporations heretofore or hereafter organized;
<br /> to pay for the same in cash, property of its own and other securities; to hold,
<br /> operate, reorganize, liquidate, sell or in any manner dispose of the whole or any
<br /> part thereof; and in connection therewith, to assume or guarantee performance
<br /> of any liabilities, obligations of contracts of such persons, firms, associations,
<br /> or corporations, and to conduct the whale or any part of any business thus
<br /> acquired.
<br /> 4. In furtherance of any of the powers set fortis in any of the foregoing
<br /> provisions, to do every other act and thing, incident or appurtenant to or
<br /> growing out of or connected with any of the businesses or powers of the
<br /> corporation. .
