ARTICLE II <br /> • A. To occupy, maintain, operate, manage and establish offices, facilities, or <br /> subsidiaries for the purposes of conducting business in such places, as the <br /> corporation shall deem advisable and to do business there, to provide funds for <br /> capitalization or organization thereof, and to close up by liquidation or otherwise any <br /> business or business place thus established. <br /> B. To provide, hire and discharge managers, officers, and employees. <br /> C. To do all and everything necessary, suitable, and proper,for the attainment of any <br /> of the purposes, the accomplishment of any of the objects or the furtherance of any <br /> of the powers hereinbefore set forth; to carry on any other lawful business <br /> whatsoever which may seem to the corporation capable of being carried on in <br /> connection with the foregoing or calculated directly or indirectly to promote the <br /> interest of the corporation or to enhance the value of its properties; and to have, <br /> enjoy and exercise any and all rights, powers, and privileges which are now or which <br /> may be hereafter authorized by statute for organizations like this corporation, if such <br /> statute is enacted by the state under the laws of which this corporation is formed or <br /> by the Congress of the United States. <br /> D. To carry on any business or other activity which may be lawfully carried on by a <br /> corporation organized under the business corporation law of the Commonwealth of <br /> Massachusetts or an individual within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, <br /> whether or not related to those referred to in the foregoing paragraphs. <br /> E. Furthermore, this corporation shall be authorized to carry on any other business <br /> activity permitted under the laws of this jurisdiction any and other jurisdiction in <br /> • which this corporation does business. <br /> • <br />
