I have shipped the original documents to you via 2-day FedEx delivery, so <br /> should receive them by Friday. <br /> ,,ou <br /> Once you receive the packet, please designate an emergency contact name and phone number(see page 2 of <br /> the attached pdf). After that, either you or a member of your staff, will need to take the packet to the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall (driving directions from the store). Ultimately, the packet and check will be submitted to the Town <br /> Clerk's Office. However, before that, the "Business Certificate Checklist' (see page 3 of the attached pdf)will <br /> need to be completed by securing all of the listed signatures. The Town Clerk's office has assured me that all <br /> signatures can be secured at the Town Hall, and that the entire process takes between 15-20 minutes. <br /> Please submit the packet within two weeks of having received it at your store, and let me know once the process <br /> has been completed.
