However, if you are no longer in business,please complete the Statement of Discontinuance. <br /> It is important that you complete the enclosed Business Certificate Application. Also, the <br /> Business Certificate checklist must be completed. If you no longer are operating your business, <br /> please complete and return the Discontinuance of Business form. <br /> The renewal fee for your Business Certificate is forty dollars($40.00), which must accompany <br /> your filing.
