Therefore, there would not be a BOH meeting on this particular date. A <br /> discussion of the BOH members ensued regarding what date the board would <br /> reconvene. Due to numerous conflicts with board members schedules the decision <br /> was made that the next meeting would be held on Thursday, October 4th, 2001. <br /> b. Emergency Repair of Septic Systems and Wells <br /> Mr. Harrington then wanted to discuss was the emergency repair of the septic <br /> systems and wells where they are greater than 100' but less than 150'. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that they would require a variance. There are many areas in <br /> town where 150' does not exist.The BOH routinely grants variances in those types <br /> of situations. <br /> Mr. Harrington then asked if the BOH wanted to see those variances. <br />
