Alice, the firm's cost estimator, indicated that the firm stays within 5% to
10% of the client's budgeted figure. The firm was architect for Senior Centers in
Middleboro and Fairhaven. They do not do high tech presentations, but will be prepared
with schematic design presentation for our building, with rendered site plan, floor plans,
and elevations.
Brown, Lindquist Fennuccio 8 Richmond, with offices in Yarmouth, MA., was
represented by Kurt Raber and Phil Lindquist. The firm does not have an in-house cost
estimator, but works with an outside cost estimate firm. Projects worked on include the
Bourne Community Center, recently completed, the Orleans Senior Center two years ago
(a renovation project). Have worked on senior center projects from Provincetown to
Dartmouth, MA.
Keenan &Kenny Architects with offices in Falmouth, MA. was represented by John
Keenan and Antonia Kenny, partners. They get personally involved in all projects, go to
all meetings, and work closely with clients in all phases of their building projects. They
consider public works to be their specialty. They did the Barnstable Senior Center and
are working now on the second phase of that project, have a contract out for bid for the
Wellfleet Senior Center, will be presenting to the Town of Truro for their Senior Center,
and are under contract with the Woods Hole Steamship Authority for a renovation project
in Fairhaven. They use a cost estimator consulting firm. Recommended J.K.
