This law requires that all Public Agencies that <br /> receive funding for building construction through the Commoliwcalth are required to evaluate designers <br /> by submitting the Standard Designer Evaluation. These forms were attached to the Commissioner's <br /> statement and updated forms are allached to this letter. <br /> The evaluation must be submitted to the Designer Selection Board, and a copy forwarded to the <br /> Division of Capilal Asset Management within 70 days of project occupancy (please note Ilial <br /> "occupancy" will determine completion for file purposes of the evaluafiou ('orms), in order to be <br /> eligible "for receipt of any public funds disbursed by file Commonwealth for the pur[)o.Sc.S of <br /> public building or public works projects". <br /> would muco appreciate you forwarding this notice to any and all staff responsible for <br /> compleling Designer Evaluation Forms within your jurisdicfiou in connection with public <br /> building projects bid Under C.149. <br /> Please follow the above procedure for building projects with a general contract award price of <br /> $500,000 or greater.
