Calculations are based on the Masphee Zoning By-Laws, Section 9, I � <br /> Special Provisions. <br /> I, <br /> 2. Various parcels -or areas comprising the total site are shown on <br /> Figure 1. Figure 1 is a schematic drawing. Exact exact areas are shown on ;s <br /> 80 scale survey maps which are prepared by the site surveyor, Holmes <br /> and McGrath of Falmouth. One set of survey maps dated 'lay 19137, <br /> shows land east of Quashenet River, while another set dated June 1997 <br /> depicts land west of the river and within this proposed OSID. <br /> 3. Area of various parcels are tabulated in Table 1. The areas have <br /> been calculated by the site surveyor. <br /> 4. Area calculations to determine allowable number of duelling units <br /> which can be built on the site are shown in Table 2. <br /> Based on calculations, a total of 574 dwelling units can be built on this <br /> site. The units will be constructed over a five-year period. <br /> A <br /> e9/4700T <br /> Unless notice is received in venting within ten days, we assume the participants agree that <br /> the statements contained herein are a true record. <br />
