LEISURE SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 9,1998 <br />MASHPEE TOWN HALL - 4:30 PM <br />Present: Absent: Also Present: <br />Scott Chausse Don McCuish Gus Frederick <br />Wayne Taylor Maryanne Macdonald <br />Pat Riley <br />Pat Antonellis <br />I. ' Oyening - Meeting did not open at 4:30 as there was no quorum. <br />Pat Riley came at 5:10 which made a quorum. Pat Riley opened the meeting at 5:15. <br />II Minutes -Pat Antonellis made a motion to approve the minutes of the September <br />meeting. ScottChausse seconded. Motion carried. <br />III Communications -Gus mentioned the need for two new advisory members. Pat Riley <br />mentioned that it had been discussed to try to find seniors or students. Pat Antonellis <br />would like to see another woman on the council. Gus mentioned that he would speak <br />with Jim Long regarding encouraging seniors to apply. <br />The group discussed changing the By -Laws to hold the monthly meeting on Mondays <br />at 4:30 PM. <br />IV. Wayne Taylor made a motion to close the meeting at 5:20. Pat Antonellis seconded. <br />Motion carried. <br />THE NEXT MEETING WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 7, AT <br />4:30 PM AT THE TOWN HALL. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />`dean Young".J ��>� <br />
