Computerized Registrations — Gus explained that Steve Buss had been given
funding to purchase a computerized registration program. We are looking
over about 6 or 7 of them. Many of the same people take our programs over
again, and each time we start a new program we have to re-enter the same
information. When we first started the Revolving Account, it was about
$25,000 now it is about $200,000 for the year. Having computerized
registration will do many extra tasks and help eliminate duplication. We are
hoping to make decision in 2 — 3 weeks. An additional computer will be
purchased for our office.
B. Capital Plan — Gus passed out a copy of the budget for this year. Trying to put
in multi-purpose building. Depart-
ment can use truck to carry materials for special events. Also, Tennis court
repair is needed to help the programs that we run after school. Discussion on
fields took place.
