We will take a lot of business away from their pool . The Committee asked Gus if he would work with the architect on the capital and operating costs of the pool ? Gus said he would . Bill Martiros asked if he could give the Committee an idea of other towns interest in joining with us? Gus said Falmouth would be interested since they now go to Mass. Maritime Academy. The Cape Cod Swim Club has said they would pay $20,000 a year in rental fees. Peter explained this will require a lot of work and publicity on the part of Leisure Services . This Committee does not want to make the final decision , nor do the Selectmen . The people in the community will have to choose . Gus said there has been talk of building it and paying for it outright, so it won ' t be in the sq footage reimbursement amount. He talked to a lot of people about gettin, help for the school . We will be trying to make it a "showcase" school . Mike Petrowski is going to put together a sketch of his ideas.
