The Committee did a straw poll for their first choice . <br /> ** Merry Sue made a motion that Symmes Maini and McKee/Perkins and <br /> Will be ranked number one on the list. Janice seconded the motion . <br /> All members were in favor 7-0 . ** <br /> The Committee did a straw poll for their second choice. <br /> ** Janice made a motion that Keyes Associates be ranked number 2 on <br /> the list . Merry Sue seconded the motion . All members in favor . 7- <br /> 0.** <br /> ** Janice made a motion that DRA be ranked number 3 on the list. <br /> Merry Sue seconded the motion. 6 members were in favor, 1 <br /> against. ** <br /> The Designer selection statue says the Committee must give the selectmen 3 <br /> finalists, listed in rank order , with a record of the final vote and a <br /> written statement for the choice . <br /> The Committee worked on their written statement to the Selectmen (see <br /> attached ) . <br /> ** Steve made a motion to accept the statement to the Selectmen . Merry <br /> Sue seconded the motion . All members were in favor.** <br /> Peter Dinizio said Selectmen Vaccaro has asked him to sit in on the <br /> negotiations with architectural firm chosen . <br /> Dr. Collabro cannot attend the meeting on the 15th , as scheduled . <br /> We will ask all 3 project management firms scheduled for the 22nd if they <br /> can attend on the 15th instead . <br /> ** Merry Sue made a motion to adjourn at 9 : 35 p.m. Joe seconded the <br /> motion .
