.The Committee agreed they will attempt to make a decision regarding the <br /> project manager at next week's meeting. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Merry Sue suggested we pay Dr. Collabro' s bill , that he submitted a few <br /> weeks ago. The Committee agreed they want to hear from him first, at next <br /> week ' s meeting , and will vote to pay him then . <br /> The School Committee is having an open hearing on the draft educational <br /> plan on March 25th . <br /> Merry Sue wants the architect to see that plan before the school committee <br /> finalizes it. It needs a thorough going through by Perkins and Will . <br /> We hired a firm from New York City for their expertise in educational <br /> programming , why not use it. <br /> The Committee will tell Dr. Collabro that once SMMA has signed a contract, <br /> they will begin work and they want him to go over this draft with Perkins <br /> and Will . <br /> Peter told SMMA they should not do any work until they have a contract. <br /> The Committee received the final bill from the title examiner for $2 , 500 . <br /> **Merry Sue made a motion to forward the bill to the Selectmen to be <br /> paid, if the work has been finished. Janice seconded the motion . All <br /> members in favor. ** <br /> The Committee agreed the meeting on March 29th will be at 7 : 00 p.m. <br /> MINUTES <br /> ** Paul Griffin made a motion to accept the minutes of Feb. 15 , March <br /> 1 , March 8, as written .
