Paul asked what the Committee ' s rights are under the bidding laws are with <br /> respect to choosing one item vs . another? <br /> Merry Sue said Manny said we have every right to choose . Choice can be made <br /> according to quality and aesthetics . <br /> Paul would like Manny to tell the Committee of a school , 2-3 years old, <br /> where they can visit to see some of the furniture . <br /> The next subcommittee meeting is October 12th at 3 : 00 p.m. <br /> Manny' s schedule shows him writing bid documents in November. <br /> Paul mentioned that Manny owes the Committee a presentation. Paul would <br /> like a schedule from Manny and from CCR. <br /> He asked Tom Wren to include on the meeting agenda' s where we stand on the <br /> FF & E schedule . <br /> Joel mentioned the next technology subcommittee is Sept . 21st at 1 : 00 . <br /> Michael Kirwin has been in contact with vendors and will give that <br /> information at that meeting . <br /> Paul suggested that air quality testing be done prior to opening of the <br /> building and 30 days after. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 6 : 00 p. m. <br /> NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH 4 : 00 AT THE SITE. <br /> Minutes submitted by Arden R.
