He does not want the carpet to be
wet in August because we didn't get the moisture out .
Joel said he can look into it but he is not sure how you can
require it.
' Peter asked how much it will cost to run the dehumidifier for 1
month?
Tom will find out.
Janice said even it we have to pay for it it is to our advantage.
CHANGE ORDERS
Joel presented a change order for $19 , 383 for 6 items:
- add plumbing piping in cafeteria for roof drain.
- locate exhaust duct work in classroom Al , due to space
restriction in corridor.
- provide additional traffic signs throughout the site ,
recommended by the sign installer.
- additional plumbing piping in science case work
- additional filler fabric on leaching field at stp, asked for by
Elias McQuaid.
- add floor drain for dishwasher in nutrition lab.
Peter asked why these are coming up now?
Joel explained the vertical rise was now show on the plan for the
cafeteria roof drain so it was added.
Peter asked if we pay for architect' s time to design this?
Joel said no.
The duct work, the contractor asked to relocate it to allow more
space in the corridor. SMMA agreed it worked better.
