All members were in favor 5-0** <br /> FF & E Technology <br /> Mike Kirwin from CCR was present . <br /> Paul explained we have an invoice for $300 , 000 from HB Communications , what <br /> has been delivered to the site? <br /> Mike Kirwin said nothing has been delivered here . 80% of it is in the <br /> Waltham facility. The work cannot be done on site until you take occupancy <br /> of the building , it is very delicate equipment . <br /> Tom Wren is concerned with $300 , 000 worth of our equipment being stored off <br /> site , what are our guarantees? <br /> Mike Kirwin said all the equipment has a tag on it . <br /> Joel suggested the town could hold the check until they submit title for <br /> the equipment . <br /> Merry Sue asked if it is insured? <br /> Joel said the warehouse where the materials are store is insured. <br /> Merry sue asked if the Committee wanted proof of that? <br /> Paul said they could probably provide us with a certificate of a bonded <br /> warehouse . <br /> Mike Kirwin will write them a letter and ask for those things . <br /> Tom Wren will hold the interim payment here until that information has been <br /> received. <br /> ** Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their approval <br /> and payment an invoice for HB Communications for $299 , 245 . 75 , <br /> release of payment subject to Chartwell receiving certificate of <br /> insurance and title . Merry Sue seconded the motion. All members <br /> were in favor. <br /> Schedule from HB Communications : Tom Wren has some concerns . This shows <br /> work going into January 1997 . <br /> Mike Kirwin said he obtained clarification from them on the length of time . <br /> There was really no substance to the schedule upon discussion with them. <br /> This schedule does not stand up any longer. <br /> National Telecom presented an application for payment for $29 , 500 . Mike <br /> Kirwin believes it is fair. <br /> Jim asked how many phones we own? Mike Kirwin said about 120 . <br /> Jim asked if they are all in this building now? <br /> 1 <br />
