Costa is trying to run Stone. <br /> Merry Sue suggested the Committee vote on their recommendation today and ask the Selectmen <br /> if they want to hold a meeting on Monday. <br /> ** Paul made a motion to recommend to the Selectmen that they terminate Stone's <br /> contract. Joe seconded the motion. <br /> Tom Wren said if he were Stone, he would be sending a statement to SMMA that they be <br /> considered substantially complete. He thinks they will do that. _ <br /> Ed Frenette said they are way off and there is so much documentation to support that position. <br /> Tom said if you terminate before they are substantially complete,your agrument is a lot better. <br /> Paul said they aren't even close to substantially complete.
