They will "feed" it and it can <br /> be "seeded" . It can be on line for the workmen to use. They can <br /> then recycle it for 30 days , as long as they have something to <br /> work with. <br /> Paul said there are 2 target dates : <br /> - the contract dates of July 23 and Aug 23 <br /> - the realistic date of Sept 1 when the building needs to be open <br /> for students. <br /> There is more than enough time to finish this project, with time <br /> for furniture vendors and teacher move in. It will cost $300 per <br /> day to pump it. The system has to be operating before 400 kids <br /> enter the building. He has a problem with a target date only 30 <br /> days away, he does not see it. <br /> Paul said, worst case , we could force Stone to work 24 hours a <br /> day. He spoke with Jim Rudnick from Liberty and told him the <br /> decision that has to be made about the trailers . He agreed we <br /> would force Stone to work overtime to finish it . <br /> If we get the trailers , equipment has to be moved into the <br /> trailers, then move it out again, and there will be significant <br /> legal costs. Mr. Rundich said this will become a major legal <br /> battle for the town. A lot can be spent on over time to finish <br /> the school that would otherwise be spent on legal costs. <br /> Paul ' s recommendation is to not get the trailers and go with the <br /> school . <br /> Steve said he has looked at the CPM and talked to the experts and <br /> toured the school . It isn't there, it can't be done.
