Motion was made by Todd Franks to accept <br /> minutes. Kim Palmer seconded the motion with one change: Reviewed April minutes. II <br /> Food Service issues that need to be addressed: <br /> • Ice Cream on Wednesdays (not enough time to eat) <br /> • Makes about$85.00 per week ! <br /> • Children crying if they did not have money <br /> II <br /> • Students borrowing money <br /> 1. Proposed changes for Wednesday snack day: charge .50 cents per item— <br /> eliminate <br /> tem—eliminate ice cream— if snacks go well, increase it to_2 days per week. <br /> Suggested snack ideas. ! <br /> j 2. Jello— dippers (apples w/caramel) <br /> 3. fresh fruit <br /> 4. pudding <br /> it I 5. popcorn/pretzels <br /> Food choice for 2 lunches for FY08: <br /> I� I <br /> • one choice every day but be consistent <br /> • one choice would change ! <br /> • provide sandwiches as a second choice—ex.
