Article 4 Commercial Shellfish Re'gul'ations <br /> y ; <br /> Commercial shellfish permit holders are subject to all regulations set <br /> forth in Article 3 as well as the following : <br /> ] )Commercial shellfishing is prohibited on Sundays . <br /> 2)No commercial permit holder shall harvest shellfish from areas des- <br /> ignated as "Family Permit Only" except for species allowed under such j <br /> designation or wgere stipulated otherwise in any other section of <br /> these regulations . ( see scallop , oyster regs ) <br /> 3)A commercial permit holder may also hold a Mashpee Non-Commercial <br /> Family Shellfishing Permit .However he/she may only fish that permit <br /> on Sundays . Other members of a commercial shellfishermans family are <br /> not subject to this restriction . <br /> i <br /> 4 )No commercial shellfish permit holder shall employ or otherwise be <br /> assisted by another individual in the act of taking ,harvesting or <br /> culling shellfish unless that person is also a licensed Mashpee <br /> Commercial Shellfisherman ,unless stated otherwise in these regulations . <br /> Article 5 Special Permits , Seasons ,Regulations <br /> I )Eel Regulations-The waters of the Town of Mashpee are closed to the <br /> taking of eels by any means other than a single hook and line or by <br /> spearing .The use of eel pots or multi-hook rigs is prohibited until <br /> further notice . <br /> 2)Oyster Regulations-The harvesting of oysters is prohibited until <br /> further notice . <br /> j; <br /> f ' <br /> 3)Scallop Regulations-To be submitted at a later date . <br /> 4) Shellfish Grant Regulations- To be submitted at a later date . <br /> T i, <br /> �I <br /> j� <br />
