regulations set forth in Article III as well as the <br /> following: <br /> l' <br /> 1) Commercial shellfishing is prohibited on Sundays. <br /> 2) No commercial permit holder shall harvest shellfish from <br /> areas designated as "Non-commercial Shellfishing Only" or <br /> "Family Permit Only" except for species allowed under <br /> such designation as where stipulated otherwise in any <br /> other section of these regulations (see scallop, or <br /> oyster regulations) . <br /> 3) A commercial permit holder may also hold a Mashpee <br /> non-commercial (family) shellfishing permit. <br /> However, he or she may only use that permit on Sundays. <br /> Other members of a commercial permit holder ' s family <br /> are not subject to this restriction. <br /> 4) No commercial shellfish permit holder shall employ or <br /> otherwise be assisted by another individual in the act <br /> oftaking, harvesting, or culling shellfish unless that <br /> person is also holds a valid Mashpee Commercial <br /> Shellfish Permit unless otherwise stated in these <br /> regulations. <br /> ARTICLE V. SPECIAL PERMITS, SEASONS AND REGULATIONS <br /> 1) Eel Regulations - The waters of the Town of Mashpee are <br /> closed to the taking of eels by any means other than a <br /> single hook and line, or by spearing.
