The site which I have <br /> surveyed consists of an area encompassing approximately 500 feet j <br /> of shoreline and extending 150 feet offshore. The enclosed charts <br /> define the area. <br /> Because I will be out of Town on business for a period of <br /> two to three weeks beginning February 13, I have not had the <br /> opportunity to discuss this matter with Mr. Courtemanche.
