Moderator read Article 64 i ARTICLE 64. To see if the Town will vote to raise and i appropriate or transfer from available funds$48,000.00 or any other sum, to make necessary repairs and im- provements to the Annex for the Senior Citizen's Center, or take any action thereon. SubMitted by The Council on Aging Finance Committee does not recommend Mr McQu.ire: I move we take from Revenue Sharing the sum of 9$48,000. Mr Cuthbert : I question whether $48,000 could and would repair the building. I-irs Muse: Imove $10,000 in anticipation of Revenue Sharing. Mr O'Connell : I have no objection to the present motion, but I must warn you when you spend money in anticipation, that amount of money will not be available at the next Town Meeting. We do not know how much money we will have from Revenue Sharing. If Mrs Muse would change her motion to read: to move from Revenue Sharing the amount of $6200.00 Moderator: All those in favor of the amended amount; 9$6200.00, say aye opposed no . Submitted by The Shellfish Constable Recommended by the Finance Committee 1 Moderator: I will step down so I may speak on this Article. I relinquish the Chair to 1-ir. O' Connell. The Shellfish Warden would like to start a program ; mainly a one-day license after seeding an area. This program would pay for itself.
