The amendment now rea.da I move the Town appropriate and transfer a total of $' 0 with $2,000 from the Board of Health contingency fund, $1,000 from the Board of Health dump expense account, $26.80 from the park and recreation director salary account, $3,810.72 from the natural resource officer salary account, and $2362.48 from the legal and engineering account, all to the municipal equipment and repair account with all expenditures to require the ioint consent of the Board of Selectmen and the Finance Committee.
