Iwouldlots like1toand makeoa
brief presentation if I may.
Moderator: The Article as read ',,as been heard before she Planning Board Is
legal. To expand it would be illegal because it has not had a hear-
ing.
'Idayne Tavares: I move ;the -.article as printed in ..the _'rlarrant, Motion seconded.
F.arl Ylassters: Is that .Th Reardons' ruling that this can not be expandoed?
Moderator: That is the ruling.
Earl Marsters: It surprises me for we have done this many times before.
Ifir Reardon.: There is no problem :with the Article as printed because a
hearing -alas held but the locations are very precise. If a.
motion were made to lessen the area, that would be appropriate.
Including these other lots ,would go beyond the intent of the
hearing. Any action taken by the `2own would be struck by the
Attorney General.
.marl Ifiarsters: Based on your advise, I will not make an amendment. The Plan-
ning Board did hold a Public hearing on this Article and we
voted in favor of it. Ordinarily we do not favor re-zoning
small parcels of land. his is. a unique situation. What happen:.
here is that we :lave an island of 1.,idustrial land in between
