It will specifically state in <br /> Article 21 a member of this Committee can serve on a Capital Improvement p <br /> Program. 're will not - be able to serve on all boards, only those <br /> we are directed to serve on. <br /> Moderator: All those in favor say aye; opposed no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 4i <br /> Moderator read Article 19 <br /> ARTICLE 19.
