Box 1108 <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> RE: Chapter 44, Section 53E <br /> Dear Joe:' <br /> Relative the the question concerning lines 143, 144 , 145 and 146 of <br /> the Omnibus budget line items, it is my opinion that the manner. of <br /> presentation to the Town Meeting in the article, coupled with the <br /> explanation furnished to the Town Meeting was sufficient to make <br /> it clear that what was being created was an expense budget of $12 , 850 .00 <br /> and a lifeguard and attendant budget of $14 ,500 .00 to be funded by the <br /> appropriation of $6500.00 and $10,850.00 respectively together with <br /> application of estimated user fees of $6350 .00 and $3650.00 respectively. <br /> Consequently, the appropriated budget presents no difficulty in my <br /> opinion.
