Article 10. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to appoint a Mashpee <br /> Coastal and Inland Waterways Committee consisting of ten members, commencing <br /> July 1, 1985. Motion carries <br /> Article 13. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to accept the layout and definition of Hooppole <br /> Road with boundaries and measurements as shown on a plan filed with the Town Clerk <br /> April 7, 1984, the same being dated December 30, 1983 and entitled "Layout of <br /> Hooppole Road Mashpee, scale: 1"=40' , Charles L.
