�Y N + <br /> h <. <br /> f . . <br /> shall include , but are not limited to <br /> the following : <br /> J <br /> ( a) He shall supervise , direct and be re- <br /> sponsible for the efficient admini - <br /> stration of all functions placed under <br /> his administration by by-law, by town <br /> meeting vote , by vote of the Board of <br /> Selectmen , or otheryiise . <br /> (b) He shall coordinat'k the activities of <br /> all town agencies under his control <br /> with those under the control of offi - <br /> cers or multiple member bodies who <br /> ire elected directly by the voters of <br /> Mashpee . <br /> (c ) He shall attend all regular and special <br /> meetings of the Board of Selectmen , <br /> unless excused , and shall have a voice , <br /> but no vote , in all of its proceedings. <br /> d) He shall attend all annual and special <br /> town meetings and shall answer all <br /> questions addressed to him related to <br /> warrant articles and which are related <br /> to matters under his general supervi - <br /> sion . <br /> e ) He sha.11 assure that all provisions of <br /> _. 6'ne by-l .a,vs and other t.jotes <br /> ;f the town meeting , �jotes of the Board <br /> of Se 1 e tmen ar d o+h e r town agent i es <br /> that requ ; re enforcement by him or by <br /> - `rd employees subject to his <br /> r _. =_. oervision are faithfuIIY <br /> executed and carried out . <br /> f He shall be the financial coordinator , <br /> including supervision of the budget <br /> preparation by all town departments and <br /> submission of the annual operating <br /> budget tc. the Finance Committee . He <br /> shall cocrdin.Ara c.apit.AI programming. <br /> ( g) He shall keep the Board of Selectmen <br /> fully informed as to the fiscal con- <br /> dition .And needs of the town , and shall <br /> make such recommendations to the Board <br /> of Selectmen and to other elected town <br /> o+ficers and multiple member bodies as <br /> he may deem to be necessary and <br /> desirable . <br />
