The initial <br /> terms of office shall be one for one year , two <br /> for two years and two for three :rears . There- <br /> after members shall be appointed annually to <br /> replace those members whose term has e>,pired. <br /> 22 . 15 . 2 Organization <br /> The Shellfish Commission shall annually organ <br /> at its first meeting of each r . s- a '• <br /> selection of chairman , vire-chairman and secre- <br /> tary who shall serve for one year . <br /> 2. 16 . 3 Powers and Duties <br /> The Shellfish Commission shall .advise and assist <br /> the Shellfish Constable and the Board of Select- <br /> men . It shall make recommendations relating to <br /> shellfishing in the Town and shall act in an <br /> advisory capacity to all town Boards , Committees <br /> or officials seeking assistance from the Com- <br /> mission . The Board of Selectmen shall designate <br /> as applicable , members of the Shellfish Commis- <br /> sion upon their request as Deputy Shellfish <br /> Constables to serve without compensation . <br /> 2 . 16. 4 Associate Members <br /> - e Selectmen shall annually appoint three or <br /> more Associate members to the Shellfish Commis- <br /> sion for one year terms.
