I move the Town voce to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by purchase <br /> for conservation purposes a parcel of land of approximately 15.2 acres, generally <br /> described as on the west side of the `Sashpee River between River Road and said <br /> river, the said land cc be held in the care and custody of the Conservation <br /> Commission pursuant to Chapter 40, Section 8C of Plass. General Laws; and <br /> further that the Town voce to appropriate 29O.0�for such purpose, and to raise <br /> such appropriation, he Treasurer, with approva o the Board of Selectmen, be <br /> authorized to borrow 290 OOO.under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 (3) , <br /> or any other enabling au or cy, and cc issue bonds or notes of the Town therefore ; <br /> and still further that the Town vote to raise and appropriate 14 OO. to the <br /> Interest on Temporary Loans account and 11jO , to the Issuance of Debt Account; <br /> further that the Town authorize the Boar_d_37Szlectmen and/or Conservation <br /> Commission to apply for and accept Federal or State grants including reimbursement <br /> under Chapter 132x, Section 11 of Mass.
