I move the Town voce to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by purchase for conservation purposes a parcel of land of approximately 15.2 acres, generally described as on the west side of the `Sashpee River between River Road and said river, the said land cc be held in the care and custody of the Conservation Commission pursuant to Chapter 40, Section 8C of Plass. General Laws; and further that the Town voce to appropriate 29O.0�for such purpose, and to raise such appropriation, he Treasurer, with approva o the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow 290 OOO.under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 (3) , or any other enabling au or cy, and cc issue bonds or notes of the Town therefore ; and still further that the Town vote to raise and appropriate 14 OO. to the Interest on Temporary Loans account and 11jO , to the Issuance of Debt Account; further that the Town authorize the Boar_d_37Szlectmen and/or Conservation Commission to apply for and accept Federal or State grants including reimbursement under Chapter 132x, Section 11 of Mass.
