E. The Town of Mashpee agrees to comply with all policies and practices including restrictions on use as set by the Falmouth Department of Public Works from time to time . F. The Falmouth Department of Public Works will maintain the water distribution system on the three streets in Mashpee and the Town of Mashpee will pay all material and labor costs and accept and pay all liability and associated costs for personal and material loss which may be sustained during such maintenance and/or repair and the Town of Mashpee will pay any and all liability and associated costs which may at any other time be incurred by any per- son or any property associated with the said water distribution system.
