ARTICLE 3 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate , <br /> transfer from available funds , borrow or otherwise incur <br /> indebtedness for $.3, 000 , for architectural and engineering <br /> services for a new elementary school , and that meet such <br /> appropriation , the Treasurer , with approval of the Board of <br /> Selectmen , be authorized to borrow $3,000 , at one time or <br /> from time to time , under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section <br /> ? of Massachusetts General Laws , or any other enabling <br /> authority , and to issue bonds or notes of the Town <br /> therefore , and further that $400 be raised and appropriated <br /> or transferred from available funds to the Interest on <br /> Temporary Loans Account for the purpose of paying interest <br /> on any notes or bonds issued thereunder , and-$40 be raised <br /> and appropriated or transferred from available funds to the <br /> Issuance of Debt Account to pay for the costs of issuance of <br /> the bonds or notes . <br /> Motion to borrow or otherwise incur indebtedness in the amount <br /> of $8000. for the architectual and engineering services for a <br /> new elementary school and to meet such appropriation the Treasure=, <br /> with approval of the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow <br /> $8000. , at one time or from time to time, under and pursuant to <br /> Chapter 44, Section 7 of the Massachusetts General Laws, or any <br /> other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the <br /> , own therefore, and further that $400. be appropriated and trans - <br /> ferred from the Town :all Maintenance Salary account to the <br /> Interest on Temporary Loans account for the purpose of paying <br /> interest on any notes or bonds issued thereunder and $40. be <br /> appropriated and transferred from the Town Hall Maintenance <br /> Salary account to the Issua=ce of Debt account to pay the costs o-- <br /> issuance <br /> _issuance of the bonds or motes <br /> Motion carries 3S 76. . . . . .NO 31 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .7:53 �• -• <br /> t <br />
